Poe Law is seeking a receptionist for our Prince Frederick Office.
The position would handle incoming calls and assist the attorney in handling various legal matters.
No training or experience in legal matters necessary.
Poe Law will provide training for any assigned legal tasks.
Qualifications - Ability to use various office software and systems for email, word processing, presentations and spreadsheets - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Word - Dependable grammar and spelling skills - Solid understanding of Receptionist Duties - Highly organized and self-motivated - Strong attention to detail - Responsibilities Include:
- Complete word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks as part of support overflow work from other administrative staff/r/n/r/n- Receive and distribute all incoming mail according to specified procedures - Screen and direct incoming calls via a multi-line phone or switchboard - Scheduling and other calendar duties - Greet visitors and other hospitality service - Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients as their main point of contact - In charge of answering, screening and directing calls, as well as taking messages Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
