Primary duties focusing heavily on helping the office manager through the spring and summer rush.
This includes but is not limited to:
Answering phone calls, scheduling and sending estimates, cold calls, contacting potential clients, emailing, traditional bulk mailings, billing etc.
Will be required to assist with day to day office duties as requested.
Must have good people skills, basic computer skills, be internet savvy and eager to learn.
Position will require Monday-Friday attendance due to heavy call volume and scheduling.
