Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage property and electrical maintenance including air conditioning and heating, plumbing and appliances.
Manage and coordinate maintenance and equipment logistics operations, staffing and training functions to boost program effectiveness and mission readiness.
Perform general maintenance on property units including minor electrical and plumbing.
Check for caulking and apply where need.
Install all new HVAC and heat pump units for the entire property.
Co-Facilitate the coordination of activities of workers engage in maintenance and cleanliness of building.
Direct equipment upgrades as necessary to meet OSHA safety requirements, continually demonstrating a sense of urgency for all safety-relate items.
