Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software Set up and support user accounts and permissions Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions Document IT processes and procedures for reference General Requirement:
