Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software Set up and support user accounts and permissions Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions Document IT processes and procedures for reference General Requirement:

Time Management Proven experience in desktop support or technical support roles Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux Familiarity with IT service management tools Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Strong communication skills to effectively assist users with technical issues Educational Requirements:
At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or a GED.
