Case Manager RN

The Nurse Case Manager will report directly to the Manager of Case Management, and work alongside a growing team of Case Managers.  In addition to this, the Case Manager will work in a multi-disciplinary manner to support the patient and families throughout their stay.


The Case Manager RN will play an integral part in the patient's continuum of care.  The Nurse Case Manager will work in collaboration with all units as the patient moves along to different units.  The RN Case Manager will be a liaison between patients and families with physicians, nurses, social workers and hospital staff.  The Case Manager will act in a professional and compassionate manner at all times, while trying to be as efficient as possible for the hospital and patient.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
